A spontaneous meeting and photo reportage with Katerina Kalágkas in a park in The Hague, 10 August 2019
Since I don’t have a drivers license anymore, as a consequence of medication, I focus on a boat instead of a car now.
Virtual & Realistic, ‘VRc’, little sister of ‘VR’, a module that’s supposed to repeat signals in the lower air regions on the most difficult places. Results of what I had in mind to do with the paper creatures (2009) ten years ago. I was out of photos to cut.
Made during a stay in a hospital that was still located in the center of The Hague. The purpose was to make material that I could transform on the computer later, once home. It never came to that. The paper on which the figures are glued has the size A5, 148 x 210 mm. Soon I will complete the series as I meant to, modify the cutouts, another 10 years project!
Photo cut-outs in one night.

These drawings are made from thick paper, ecoline, pencils, other color materials etc. Spring 2004 Utrecht. Just discovered them in a box. 15 years ago.
